Vista Social Pricing: Plans, Cost and What You Really Pay
This page contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. It does not change our opinions.
Social media management pricing varies a lot between tools. Vista Social prices by plan and by number of social profiles, not only by seats. Published figures differ between review sites and between monthly and annual billing, so treat any number you read as a snapshot and confirm on the official site.
How the plans are structured
Independent comparisons describe four levels: an entry paid plan, a mid plan, a larger agency plan and an enterprise option with custom pricing. Reviews from mid-2026 say the entry paid plan includes 15 profiles and 3 users, and that higher tiers add profiles, advanced workflows, reporting and white-label features.
What changes the final bill
- Billing period: annual is usually cheaper per month.
- Profile count: larger plans raise the limit.
- Add-ons: X (Twitter) and social listening are reported as extra.
- Features: approvals, custom reports and AI training sit on higher tiers.
Free trial and free options
Pricing reviews report a 14-day free trial on paid plans and a limited free option. See also our guide to free social media management tools.
Comparing fairly
Count your profiles and users first, then compare cost per profile. Some tools bill per channel or per seat, which gets expensive with many profiles. See Hootsuite and Sprout Social pricing models and Buffer alternatives.
